Role: Lead Ecosystem Designer
Project: Take Control Games (TCG)
Platform: Crypto gaming ecosystem (web-based platform)
As the Lead Ecosystem Designer at TCG, I was responsible for conceptualizing and shaping the complete user experience and platform structure for a crypto-based gaming ecosystem. This involved defining the user architecture, economic flows, and UI/UX systems for players, collaborators, and promoters.

Responsibilities Summary
Led the design team across UX, UI, and systems architecture.
Designed the full interaction model for the TCG platform: from onboarding to tournament participation and rewards distribution.
Created user flows based on stakeholder goals and user stories.
Worked closely with developers to integrate node mechanics that generate the platform’s cryptocurrency.
Documented all core platform CRUD operations (Create, Read, Update, Delete) for multiple user types, ensuring clear technical alignment between design, product, and development teams.
Built wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design documentation for multi-user roles (players, promoters, collaborators).
Ensured all design elements aligned with the visual identity and the narrative tone of a competitive, futuristic crypto game world.
UX & UI Design Focus
Translated complex game mechanics and blockchain logic into accessible user flows.
Designed modal systems, dashboards, and dynamic content components for tournaments, rewards, and node activity.
Developed condition-based interactions (e.g., password strength, T&C validation, progression logic).
Maintained a consistent, neon-drenched sci-fi UI style, with high contrast for clarity and engagement.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Led a multidisciplinary team of designers and served as the communication bridge between product, dev, and business stakeholders. My documentation of CRUD structures and system logic ensured that developers had a clear reference for accurately implementing every part of the user experience.
